Get “Real” about your Health

Alcohol & Sedatives will ruin your workout plans. They will also ruin everyone else’s workout.

Alcohol & Sedatives not only ruin exercise plans they destroy the lives of friends, family and acquaintances.

You will always fail in fitness because of substance abuse and addictive behavior; if it isn’t your personal problem it is someone else’s.

Talk with your personal trainer about substance abuse and consider checking in to rehabilitation before embarking on personal training.

It isn’t fair to the well and healthy public to be confronted with addicts during health, wellness and Activities of Daily Living.
